After working in the advertising industry for 15 years, in 2018 I decided to make the life-changing decision to focus on what I’d always been passionate about and pursue a future in Personal Training. Spark Move Grow has been helping clients get fit and strong using scientifically proven training methods for over 7 years.

Spark Move Grow was created to provide high quality 1-2-1 personal training for people who didn't feel comfortable exercising in gyms. I have a private training studio in Finchampstead, Wokingham for clients to get fitter and stronger. No waiting for equipment, no posers and complete privacy.

Nick has worked patiently and skilfully with me, putting together programmes that have built up the strength in my back. He listens to what I want to achieve through the training, and spends time each session checking in about how I am, and how my back is feeling.
I am still training with Nick, 5 years later, and have gone from not being able to walk more than 10-15 minutes without pain, to walking 100k over two days, running several half marathons, and cycling 100k in a day. Nick has encouraged me through all my madcap challenges. He puts together well researched programmes, not only to support whatever event is current, but to help me achieve my goal.
