How it works
The Initial Consultation
The first part of the Spark Move Grow online coaching programme is the Initial Consultation (free of charge with no obligation). Conducted via live video, in the initial consultation we discuss goals, motivations, previous training experiences, likes/dislikes, any medical issues and gym locations/equipment available. As with all Spark Move Grow training, the consultation is essential to creating a programme that will meet your needs. In the initial consultation I’ll talk you through how the online coaching works and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Personalised programme
Everyone’s situations, abilities, experience and goals are unique and the best way to achieve change is following a training programme that is tailored to you, regardless of where or when you train. Following the Initial Consultation, you will receive your bespoke online training programme which will detail the relevant exercises, target weights/resistance to use and the target sets and repetitions (e.g. 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions). The programme will also include video demonstrations of the exercises.
Weekly 1-2-1 check-ins to keep you accountable
As part of the online coaching package, we will schedule weekly check-ins to discuss training progress, challenges and set targets for the following week(s). Check-ins are essential to keeping you on track, motivated and revise programmes based on your progress.
