Spark. Everyone needs to find their “Spark”. The only way to make a real change is by finding the one thing that gets you really excited and motivated about exercise & training; the exercise & training that when you do it, you think “why have I not done this before?”. It makes you feel amazing afterwards and leaves you wanting to do more! Move. Move happens in two parts for all of us: Physical and Mental.

Physical movement improves your posture, addresses weaknesses and imbalances, gives you power for any sport you do and gives you strength that you didn’t think you could ever have. spark move grow uses techniques and programmes that are based on peer-reviewed scientific studies to ensure that the training programmes devised for clients are highly effective, safe and deliver real results.

Mental movement is about a shift in thinking. Taking a deep breath and trying something new. Pushing yourself, being brave and learning to trust your body. It could be about overcoming fear (“I’ve never done weights before”, “I’m not strong enough”, “I don’t want to fail”) or dropping fad-diets in favour of common-sense eating as a way to transform your body. Anyone can transform their body in the short-term, but to achieve long-lasting, sustainable change, you need to think differently.

Grow. Exercising and training isn’t about completing a routine, seeing some initial results and then doing the same thing over and over again, or worse… stopping altogether. Whether you’re 17 or 70 years old, only by evolving what you do and learning new techniques will you be able to push and transform your body to your next goal. At some point everyone reaches a “plateau” - the place where your body refuses to change any more. This is where the Grow phase comes into play; exploring different ways of exercising and training that will incrementally transform your body.
