The Spark Move Grow Journey.

 

 Welcome to the Spark Move Grow journey: 5 simple, no-nonsense steps to becoming fitter, stronger and more confident.

STEP 1: INITIAL CONSULTATION

Conducted in-person or via online video, our initial consultation is an important part of the process as it ensures that we create a training programme that is personalised to you and entirely designed to achieve your specific goals.

Based on the information from our initial consultation, I’ll create a truly personalised training programme which you can access anytime online. The training plan will outline the following:

  • A customised week-by-week exercise and training plan

  • A visual roadmap and timeline of your personal training journey and goals

  • Baselining and tracking of key physical & strength measurements


STEP 2: EXERCISE INDUCTION

In this session we’ll go through your customised training programme in detail including a full induction of all the exercises in your programme. The session will last 1hr-1.5hrs and upon completion of the induction, you'll understand how to perform each exercise and we will have identified the initial weight/resistance that you’ll start using.


STEP 3: TRAINING (PREPARATION PHASE)

This is where your training starts. We’ll conduct each 1hr session either in-person (At-Home PT) or via a live online video connection (Virtual PT). STEP 4: TRAINING (ACTIVE PHASE)

Now you’ve got to grips with the fundamentals of the exercises in your plan; at this stage we really get to push to the next level. We follow your training plan together, increasing the weight/repetitions progressively and using “intensity techniques” to get the best out of each-and-every one of your workouts.


STEP 5: REFLECTION

Exercising and training isn’t about completing a routine, getting good at it and then doing the same thing over-and-over again. At the end of each training phase we’ll review progress and create time to reflect and refine. In this session we’ll cover your progress, challenges and achievements, with a view to identifying the steps to your next goal.
